The refresh rate of this television is 240Hz, which is ginormous compared to normal LCD televisions. Though many of the leading manufacturers have come forward with 100Hz refresh rate, only handful of displays possess 240Hz to render ultra fine motion images with finest details. The brightness of the screen is around 500Cd/m2, which offers optimised pictures that are rendered in the most natural way.
The audio setup of this screen is good, and possess two audio speakers that deliver copious audio output power to render premium audio output. The audio system of this television has sub-woofers and also comes with surround mode. Integrated sound bar and simulated surround capabilities are added advantages of this television. Local dimming is the magic behind the wicked video output; it helps to control individual pixels according to the frame and hence the output can be displayed with more perfection and accuracy.
Vizio VF551XVT Full HD LCD Television come with anti glare screen and better viewing angle to augment the viewing comfort largely. Apart from these vaunted features, this LCD screen comes with USB input that can play multiple formats like MPEG 2, JPEG photos, MP3 music files, WMV9 Video, H 264, etc. Free 1GB thumb drive is reported to be provided along with this television which is quite exciting; the pen drive comes with pre-loaded 1080p videos. The matching stand is provided with this television, however it lacks the swiveling property. The dimensions of this screen are 36” x 51.5” x 5”, and it weighs around 86.3lbs. The power requirement of this television is 224Watts, which is relatively moderate.

I was actually gonna say that I really like a Pro/Con section instead of a breakdown in graphics/gameplay/sound….
I’ve read mixed reviews about Vizio in general. I really want them to succeed (esp since a Costco brand), but for LCD I would only buy Sony and for plasma I would only buy Panasonic. (I’ve owned and returned two Samsungs and one Westinghouse.) I’ve bought (for family) two Sony LCDs and one Panasonic plasma. I currently own a Panasonic plasma.
