panasonic viera tx l32x15b lcd tv Panasonic Viera TX L32X15B LCD TVPanasonic Viera TX-L32X15B 32” LCD TV is a mid range LCD TV competing in a market dominated by Sony and Toshiba. The design of this TV is quite simple and elegant with a solid build. It stays fixed on the stand and does not have a swivel stand as most of the LCD TVs available in the market.

This Panasonic LCD TV comes with a 100 Hz technology, Intelligent Frame Creation that eliminates motion judder and has a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It delivers sharp detail, smooth motion and low noise levels. The contrast ratio of this LCD TV is 40000:1. It has an eco mode that reduces the intensity of the backlight to enhance power efficiency. The menu system is impressive and the remote control of this TV is quite easy to use and very comfortable to hold too.

Black levels are not that impressive, the backlight shines even in dark scenes. It has an impressive Wide Viewing Angle of 178 degrees. You can watch Blu-ray movies with HD video on this Panasonic Viera TX-L32X15B LCD TV. The audio performance is average. The sound quality is passable for watching normal broadcast TV, but not for an action-packed movie.

There are 3 HDMI ports (2 on the rear and one on the side), a dedicated PC input, SD card slot for viewing of photos and AVCHD movies and a pair of SCART sockets. Its power consumption amounts to 0.3W in standby and 112W in operation. The dimensions of this Panasonic Viera LCD TV are 798 x 551 x 217mm and it weighs 13kg.

Lacklustre Freeview, lack of Full HD detail, weak black levels and weak audio of this LCD TVare likely to dampen your excitement for this TV. Though not loaded with extra features, Panasonic has tried to keep it simple and economical too. For that matter Toshiba Regza 32RV635DBseems too be a better alternative.
