I have a Panasonic LCD TX-23LX60X which I am using as second TV on my PVR. A Text message comes up which stays there and I am afraid of burning the screen. Will it burn? If so how can I blank the screen? screensaver

Screen burn is extremely rare in LCD TVs. If you can’t get rid of the text message, you need not worry about image retention unless your LCD TV is on for very, very long periods.
After watching, use screen saver like blank or rotating image.
If you have problems with screen saver, just turn off the TV when it is not used. This will also prevent image retention.
Very good LCD TV. It offers high quality audio features. Compared to other models, the audio feature in this device is fantastic! Well, simple to use and nothing to speak of. Great TV!
