The wedding of former Big Brother star Jade Goody to Jack Tweed this weekend, will be shown on Living TV as it has secured the rights for telecasting the event. However, transmission date of the show has not yet been fixed. Filming of the wedding, sheduled to take place at a country house hotel near Essex on Sunday will be undertaken by Granada Media North camerawoman Kate Jackson.
‘Kate Jackson, befriended Goody four years back, when she made one of her earlier Living TV programmes; The Salon’, said Daily Mirror of the day. On Sunday she will be one among the former Big Brother contestant’s bridemaids. Sarah Caplin is the one who executive produces the wedding show for Granada Media North.
A spokesman for Living TV said that Granada Media North lenswoman Kate Jackson will be filming the wedding of Jade and Jack, to be broadcast on Living channel. The offer was a great one, and many a TV around the world will be engaged when it will be aired. She also revealed that the details of the transmission will be soon confirmed, and since it was not a live transmission she could also view it on her LCD TV.
Goody and Tweed have sold the rights of their wedding snaps to OK! Magazine for GBP700,000. On Friday, Goody was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
