JVC is back at the top slot with its new LCD television
JVC LT-19D200 LCD TV. Backed by active matrix TFT technology, this stylish black shaded piece of technology has been carved out in dimensions of 18.8 in x 5.4 in x 13.2 in, all at a tidy weight of 9lbs (without stand). An additional 0.9lbs is also added with the addition of stand. The 19 inched widescreen has been designed to provide a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels with a display format of 720p.Video system used is ATSC/NTSC.
With a view to provide perfect frames, JVC has ensured that a pixel response time of 5ms is allotted here. It has been made mandatory to use Progressive scanning to provide the better continuity of the frames. Viewing angles supported is 170 degrees both horizontally and vertically. Comb filter used is 3D-Y/C digital. Aspect ratio is 16:4, 9:6 and the maximum brightness is 280 cd/m².
TV tuner is supported by QAM/NTSC/ATSC. Video interfaces include HDMI, S-video, Composite and Component. With stereo sound output mode, Dolby digital Built in decoders have been used with Surround mode. A 5-band equalizer has been set in this
JVC LCD TV. 5 preset listening modes are also supported.
To provide better external interfaces, 1 x VGA input ( 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15) ), 2 x HDMI input ( 19 pin HDMI Type A ), 1 x Component video input ( RCA phono x 3 ), 1 x S-Video input ( 19 pin HDMI Type A ), 1 x Composite video/audio input ( RCA phono x 3 ), 1 x Headphones ( Mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm ) and 1 x Digital audio output (optical) ( TOSLINK ) has been integrated into it. JVC has provided VGA (HD-15) PC interface in this LCD TV.
Internal power supply is used in JVC LT-19D200 19” LCD TV and it is a remote controlled device with HDCP compatibility. It also has ENERGYSTAR certification. JVC has designed the device to be run on the usual 120V AC/60V. Broadcast frame supported include 720p (HDTV), 480p (EDTV) and 480i (SDTV).
