They are high performance LCD TVs that will be perfect in your kid’s room. Looking dashing in bright red is good ol’ HANNspree Chic-Mickey LCD TV. This 12″ telly has quite a good lot of features to it’s credit. But talking about the design first, the shape of the cabinet is that which stands out on first look. Curvy and smooth, it has a silver Mickey Mouse logo in the center, complete with an aluminum Mickey Mouse stand. The TV manages to look smart and chic without looking tawdry.
The HANNspree Chic-Mickey 12″ LCD TV has a 800 x 600 resolution and a 400:1 quoted contrast ratio. It sports an NTSC television tuner and comes with features such as closed captioning and V-chip parental control. Quoting a brightness level of 450 cd/m2, pictures in the screens of this this LCD TV are decent, if not spell-binding. Colours are pleasing with faithful dark and light shades. Black levels though, are underwhelming, oh well, this is no high-end LED TV. Connectivity on the other hand is pretty decent, with a 4-in-1 Cable for Composite Video, S-Video and Audio along with 2 composite video inputs and 2 analog audio inputs.

Contrast and brightness are average and black levels suffer. However, the overall picture quality is not all that bad. For a TV this size, it is sufficient indeed.
