Hannspree Disney Winnie The Pooh LCD TV

winnie the pooh Hannspree Disney Winnie The Pooh LCD TVIs your little one a fan of the cute little bear in a red shirt? Do you read him the adventures of Christopher Robin and his friends every night? Does he insist on everything ‘Pooh’ flavoured for his room – Pooh printed sheets, curtains with Pooh, Rabbit and Donkey all over and of course, their posters? Then we have the perfect TV for the little guy’s room – The Hannspree Disney Winnie The Pooh 10” LCD TV. This TV looks so darn cute and is sure to not be mocked even by “funny-shaped TV-haters.” For one, it’s different from Hannspree’s other LCD TVs for the tiny tot population. Unlike the elephant and giraffe encased TVs, this one comes with a textured body that resembles Winnie’s plaid picnic blanket.

hannspree disney winnie the pooh lcd tv Hannspree Disney Winnie The Pooh LCD TVWith a ‘Pooh’ logo impressed on the top of the white frame, the TV has front buttons that resemble flower petals. The 10” display has a pleasant sunshine-yellow highlight, enhancing the visual appeal. The set stands on an acrylic stand which has a rather cute impression of Pooh doing his favourite thing – you guessed it, chasing a butterfly. Summing up the looks, this Hannspree LCD TV has one of Hannspree’s best designs – neither too flashy nor too bland. The picture quality, as expected is nothing great, with the resolution being 800 x 600 pixels and the contrast ratio quoted to be 450:1.

This Hannspree EDTV-Ready TV comes with an NTSC tuner with 4-in-1 connection, a headphone jack and audio and video inputs constituting the connectivity department. Audio from the two 2W speakers is average, but given the picture quality, this quality seems sufficient. The remote however, is a standard one, which is a little disappointing. - Why not a designer one? This Winnie The Pooh LCD TV looks cute but is an average performer; but who cares about a fancy TV’s performance anyway?
