Perhaps it's a bit too late to review the
Hannspree Champions Leather Baseball LCD TV. But the darn thing looks too good to be passed off. So when we got the chance, we grabbed it. Available online for a little less than £115, this
Hannspree LCD TV is a must-have for any die-hard baseball fan. The TV is designed like er.. a baseball, well not exactly, a slightly flattened baseball may be? Whatever it is, the message is conveyed : It's a TV designed after a baseball. The attention Hannspree gives to it's distinctly shaped LCD TVs is amazing. This TV for example, has the correct number of stitches – 108 and even has the names of the last 100 World Series on the back. To top it all, the baseball casing is made from genuine white leather!

Hannspree Champions Baseball LCD TV has a 10”
TFT LCD screen and has a built-in TV tuner. This 10 incher is no high-end HD TV, but a mediocre one that focuses more on the aesthetics rather than performance. The resolution quoted is about 800 x 600 pixels and the contrast ratio is a minimal 450:1. Picture quality isn't all that amazing, but is presentable nevertheless. The built-in stereo speakers take care of the audio, the quality of which is average.

Baseball LCD TV is extremely easy to follow, which makes using the TV as easy as it can get. And of course, the LCD TV is supplied with a designer remote control to match the flavor of the TV (when has Hannspree refrained from doing so?) Just as all of Hannspree's fancy

Verdict
The Hannspree Champions Baseball LCD TV isn't exactly a great performer. But the simple fact that it's designed based on the Champions Baseball will make it priceless for any baseball buff.
