I have owned one of these tvs for a few yrs its a great looking tv but after the first one went wrong after just 1 yr and 3 months , it got replaced at dells cost because the tuner packed in, they replaced it with another one with an updated tuner and said it would`nt go wrong again , but since i got this a yr ago i have hardly used it because its been in the spare room , now digital is coming closer to the norm i did a channel up date again only to realise that the tuner has packed up again !! and now i carnt contact dell because it is so long after the guarantee has lapsed, and last time i did it cost me £30 in phone calls !! .
it will be cheaper to try to get it fixed myself , dells after sales service are next to useless i will not be buying anything. from them again , the tv cost me over £1100 and although i was happy with it when new ,the problems iv encountered since have really pissed me off , id advise anyone after an lcd to look elsewhere you have been warned !!!!!
