ViewSonic launches LCD TVs

viewsonic-lcdtvreviews.org.ukViewSonic has launched six new LCD TVs, thereby expanding its HDTV lineup. The new arrivals include the VT3245, VT3745, N4285, VT2042, VT2342, and VT2645. Of these, the 32” VT3245, 37” VT3745, 42” N4285 and 23” VT2342 offer Full HD resolution. The N4285 has a large quoted contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and is also said to aid in energy conservation. It will be available in October this year for $649 in North America.

Both VT3245 and VT3745 have a 4,000:1 static contrast ratio, feature 3D video processing and come with SRS TruSurround XT audio surround sound system, promising a good video and audio performance. The VT2042 and VT2342 are designed to be used as monitors too and according to ViewSonic, they are ‘ideal gaming and entertainment solutions.’ Both have a quoted dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and promise seamless picture quality.

The VT2042 and VT2342 are available this month and come with price tags of $299 and $349 respectively. ViewSonic VT2645, the 26 incher houses Precision 3D video processing and is to be available later this month for a price of $449. No word of a UK release though.
