Sony’s Portable 1Seg Bravia TV to be available soon

Sony’s BRAVIA XDV-S700, a portable 1Seg TV might be released towards the end of October this year. This TV will weigh just 221 grams with a 5mm slim body. It has a 5 inch LCD screen with a 272×480 pixel resolution. It comes with an FM/AM radio tuner along with the built-in 1Seg tuner. Further, the XDV-S700 has a 2 GB internal memory with 10 hours of video recording.

This TV will have upto 6.5 hours of 1Seg TV programming in the Stamina Mode and upto 27 hours of FM or 34 hours of AM. It also has upto 8 hours of continuous play of recorded video. The XDV-S700 will be available in black and white and may be one of the lightest portable TVs. Other additions include a charging stand along with a digital TV tuner which will let you record programs directly without the necessity of the 1Seg TV tuner.
