Samsung Launches the Syncmaster ‘PX2370′ LED monitor in Korea
Samsung has launched a svelte 23” LED monitor, the ‘Syncmaster PX2370′ in Korea. The monitor quotes a mega dynamic contrast ratio, a 16:9 FHD resolution and is just 18mm deep. This monitor is one of a kind, for it is supposedly one of the most eco-friendly monitors in the market. The PX2370 is furnished with a good lot of energy-saving features such as Samsung’s Smart Sensor Technology and proximity Ambient Light Sensors that can apparently turn off the display when not in use.
Taking it’s eco-friendly nature further up is the fact that the Syncmaster display is crafted from black and transparent materials that do not demand painting, thus releasing no Volatile Organic Compounds in to the environment, whatsoever. The monitor also makes use of Samsung’s Premium Touch of Color (ToC) Design and is packed with less packing materials, further crediting it’s go green style.
All these environment friendly aspects have earned the Syncmaster LED monitor Star and EPEAT Gold Certification. Costing almost £256, there is no information on a UK release.
