vancouver 2010 olympic winter games live site Panasonic opens doors to 3D entertainment at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games Live SitePanasonic Corporation has proudly invited the world to experience 3D entertainment by opening a high definition 3D theatre at Yaletown in downtown Vancouver, venue of the XXI Olympic Winter Games. Panasonic Corporation is the Official Worldwide Olympic Partner of Audio & Visual Equipment of the 21st Winter Olympics. The Panasonic Full HD 3D theatre consists of two 103” full HD 3D theatres that will be open from 11 am to 11 pm everyday form February 12-28 in the LiveCity.

Panasonic’s 3D theatres will feature high definition, 3D images of the august Opening Ceremony along with highlights of the games and video of  Panasonic’s song “Shall Be Done” performed by Sarah Brightman. Panasonic does not charge for entry into its Olympic Pavilion and hopes to offer viewers a taste of the 3D experience that’ll soon hit our households.

According to Panasonic’ s Managing Executive Officer Takumi Kajisha, the full HD 3D theatre is their “way of sharing the passion of the 2010 Winter Games with the residents of Vancouver and visitors from around the world.” The 2010 Winter Olympics is a major international multi-sport event that began yesterday at Vancouver, Canada which will go on till the 28th of this month.
