LG’s first 3D TV, the LD360 to be available from April 2010

January 7, 2010

lg-3d-tv-lcdtvreviews.org.ukLG Electronics has announced that it’s first ever 3D TV, the LD360 will be available from April this year. The LD360 is a 47-inch 3D enabled LCD TV that is compatible with Sky’s 3D TV channel. This TV is supposedly made using passive 3D tech, so users will have to wear special glasses to experience 3D. According to LG, we will need to wear “simple, affordable 3D glasses” in order to enjoy 3D movies and video-games in the screens of the LD360.

“One of the biggest ever trends in television of the coming years is certainly set to be 3D” said LG in a release adding that their first 3D TV will give viewers “more dramatic” and “immersive” viewing experience that will change the the whole home entertainment experience. “Families will be able to watch movies, entertainment and sport with the exciting extra dimension.” said LG. All sounds fine, but what about the glasses? One can’t sit around enjoying the whole 3D experience with a feeling of encumbrance, right? But we have to remind ourselves that this is just the beginning of the 3D era, so we might as well be patient.

Has Lg Fixed there previous issues, With their Y/Z sustain boards? I am very unhappy with my LG 50pg20Ua. This tv was built in october 2008, Not even 2 yrs old, Lost my picture.
I bought tv used, So I am screwed for warranty, Not that it matters, Cause there is only a select few in forums that LG actually comes good for.
If I were to ever Buy from LG. It would have to come with fool proof warranty, I mean full coverage. For a reasonable time.
I would think you should get 3-4 yrs at least hassle free with your tv. Espeaciallly for the price of these tv.
    They are simply JUNK!
I will be selling this LG PLASMA JUNK off to some other idiot like myself who thought they were getting a deal. I will not keep it cause I already know about It’s problems. Google it. No picture but have sound.
Very common with everybody who owns these. There are hours of complaints.
LG would have to impress me with a Honest warranty.Minimum of 5 Years. I say that cause I have been ripped off once, And I think they should stand behind there Electronic JUNK!
My mom has a 32 Inch bubble screen Tv. Still works great. Very reliable. I remember watching this tv growing up. This is 20 years ago………
