He has stumbled across the terms HD ready and HD TV. As far as I can make out HD ready is the minimum requirement 720 lines (or is it). True HD tv starts at 1080 lines very confusing! All the flat screen tv's I have seen in people's homes seem to show an inferior picture to my Sony normal crtv. And as for tv show rooms forget it!
